I don’t think anyone is more surprised than me that I am officially going to be a missionary to Kenya.
For backstory, I traveled with my medical team in early March with the intention to stay in Western Kenya for 10 days. But then I extended for an additional two weeks… and then an extra two weeks!
While I was there, I taught some art classes, painted some murals, and helped with child sponsorship – and then I booked my flights to return to campus in May to do more art lessons & art therapy activities with some of the kiddos.
Since I’m a full time artist, my schedule is flexible enough that I can plan my paintings during the 6 weeks at a time I’ll be home! I’m planning to spend 8 weeks at a time over on campus, working with the kids to do art & art therapy, as well as working as the Children’s Missioner!
I’ll be updating my blog pretty frequently, which you can email/DM/Message/Text me to get the password for!
